Jurnal Bestari is the electronic journal of the Human Resources Development Agency of West Nusa Tenggara Province. Jurnal Bestari is described as a desire to give the best for Indonesia. The meaning of the word Bestari is to describe the breadth and depth of knowledge, as well as good education and character.
