Optimization of Industrial Supply Chain in Mikong Siso Self Bussiness By Assistance “Privasi” (Industrial Privat) To Sumbawa One Village One Product

Abstract

The Mikong Siso business is an independent business by society of Labuhan Ijuk Village, Moyo Hilir District, which has quite a potential. Not only as a village exellent product, product made by siso namely rodong snails are also oriented to empowering the society by utilizing the wealth of natural resources. However, in my observation, the business has several problems, they are about raw materials supply chain and marketting of final product that was not optimal. So, in this case, need comprehensive assistance method “Privacy” to optimize this problem.Even though there has not been an increase in raw materials, the socialization still has a positive impact; expansion of information on the existence of production businesses in the village, the existence of official recognition of the existence of production businesses, opening up opportunities to buy and sell raw materials. The last, this socialization is a way to introduce the importance of being an independent village by having village excellent products for Sumbawa One Village One Product. Meanwhile, on the marketing side, there has been an increase in the capacity of business owner in promote her product digitally.Overall, it can be concluded that of the twenty types of assistance quality measurements, there is optimization of the industrial supply chain. Before the assistance, conditions that met expectations were only 45%. Then after the assistance, there is an increase in the quality of values ​​to 75%. That means, there is an optimization of 30%. This assistance is expected to contribute in the future to the mission of the DPMD, "Increasing the Level of Village Independence".
