The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of education and training through online learning by utilizing the LMS (Learning Management System). The research data collection method was carried out by distributing questions via Google form to basic education and training participants (Latsar) as well as the results of the author's observations as Widyaiswara. With the application of digital technology with a network prepared by the Regional Human Resources Development Agency for West Nusa Tenggara Province, it has created a State Civil Apparatus that is increasingly able to adapt to the current era towards superior ASN in digital and global bureaucratic association. The results of this study note that by utilizing the LMS the teaching and learning process becomes more efficient and effective. Learning with LMS facilities participants acknowledge and feel helped in carrying out assignments, when access to learning is through zoom meetings or in fulfilling assignment demands from organizers and from Widyaiswara. From a total of 53 users as a sample, the participants stated that they felt good and agreed with the ease of access to materials, modules and the fulfillment of assignments. Of the 38 people or 71.7% stated that they were very good and agreed in using the LMS and as many as 15 people or 28.3% still expressed doubts because the signal factor for LMS access was sometimes interrupted so it needed to be considered as input. With the existing LMS, it is hoped that ASNs who participate in training with the LMS will be able to create ASNs who are professional and able to adapt towards the future golden Indonesia of 2045.Downloads
