Abstract

Previous studies have discussed many of the benefits of fieldwork practices in improving the ability of students and employees of the company, but this study focused on studying fieldwork practices in one of the remote functional job training, namely Sanitarian Ahli. JF Sanitarian Remote experts meet the demands of the implementation of training in the pandemic period intended for sanitarian functional officials who will rise to the level of. In order to carry out duties in accordance with competence and authority at the level of his position, then a sanitarian functional official must follow this training. This research is a study described with a qualitative approach, to see the perception picture of trainees in assessing the implementation of street vendors in work unit agencies to the results of training. This effort is a major support in implementing training policies during pandemics, post-pandemic and further to the new normal era. Street vendors in the work unit agency is a method that fully refers to the guidelines for the implementation of remote training published by the Ministry of Health HR Training Center, in order to achieve the training objectives. Research methods with qualitative descriptive approaches involve agency leaders, colleagues, escorts and researchers. The contribution of the study on The Strategy of Improving the Quality of FieldWork Practices in The Training of Health Workers In the Covid-19 Pandemic Period is to provide an overview of the perception of trainees with the legitimization of street vendors in the agency's units towards the training objectives. The results of this training are instrumental in encouraging the career improvement of sanitarian functional officials in accordance with the time and legislation can be applied in various regions, in an effort to ensure competent and professional environmental health personnel.
