Meningkatkan kepuasan pelayanan pada masa pandemi melalui pelaksanaan coaching pada peserta latsar CPNS

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to knowing the satisfaction level of latsar participants' coaching activities conducted online and face-to-face. The research method used was the survey method. This research sample are CPNS latsar participants who have finished latsar in 2021 who came from Bangka Belitung Province, Central Bangka Regency, West Bangka Regency, Bangka Regency and Belitung Regency. Data obtained by questionnaire support through the google form. This research concludes that the coaching service provided by the coach is very satisfactory to CPNS latsar participants from different regions, both by online and face-to-face methods. Professionalism and competence of a coach is very influential on the level of satisfaction of latsar participants in coaching activities.
