This research is a survey with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of employees about First Aid. Primary data is in the form of interviews, observations and document studies, while secondary data is obtained through literature study. The data collection technique was done by distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 82 employees of the Central Java Province BPSDMD who served in the field. Data analysis was carried out in two ways, the first was by determining the range to measure the level of knowledge of good, adequate and insufficient. The second is by collecting interview results, then grouped according to the indicators and reviewed according to the First Aid Guidelines. The results showed that the level of knowledge of the Central Java Province BPSDMD employees was in the Good category (73.2%). This level of knowledge is more influenced by the experience factor.
