REACTION AND ATTITUDE OF WIDYAISWARA ON A WEBINAR ONLINE CONFERENCES SYSTEM EVALUASI REAKSI DAN SIKAP WIDYAISWARA TERHADAP KEGIATAN WEBINAR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana reaksi dan sikap widyaiswara terhadap pelaksanaan webinar selama diterapkannya aktivitas pelayanan public dengan sistem daring. Objek penelitian ini adalah Widyaiswara yang berjumlah 84 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh dengan teknik kuisoner dalam bentuk google form.. Diperoleh hasil: 97% responden merasakan senang dan ada manfaat, 73.8% merasakan bertambahnya wawasan setelah mengikuti webinar.

This study aims to evaluation the Widyaiswara's reactions and attitudes on the  webinars (online conference  system). Object of this research is the 84 widyaiswara as a respondents. The data is collected with a qualitative descriptive approach by using a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The results obtained: 97% of respondents feeling interested with the webinar and 73.8% feel their knowledge increased.
